The 4th Williamstown Sea Scouts Scarf colours are green (outer) and red 20mm ribbon on black. The Scout Shop sell loose ribbon and scrarves but also provide a sewing service.

Section Shirt, scout hat, belt, and navy long or short pants, navy long socks and dark shoes.
